- Kids Training. Monday 4:00-5:00PM. Ngakoroa School. Kids: School Year 3 - 8.
- Junior Training. Monday 4:00-5:00PM. Ngakoroa School. Juniors: School Year 7 - 13.
- Run Strong. Strength Workout. Monday 5:15-6:15PM. Ngakoroa School. Seniors & Juniors.

Tuesday
- Trail Workout. Downhill Reps. Tuesday 5:55-7:00AM. Goodwood Heights. Seniors & Juniors.
- Junior Training. Tuesday 4:15-5:15PM. Pukekohe High School. Juniors: School Year 7 - 13.

Wednesday
- The Sunriser. Wednesday 5:30-7:00AM. Drury. Seniors & Juniors.

Thursday

- Senior Track Session. Lactate Gearbox. Thursday 6:00-7:30PM. Papakura. Seniors.
- Junior Track Session. Lactate Gearbox. Thursday 6:00-7:30PM. Papakura. Juniors: School Year 7 - 13.
