- Junior Training. Monday 4:00-5:00PM. Auranga. Pēpi, Bambini, Niños, Freshmen, Sophomores.

- Run Strong. Strength Workout. Monday 5:15-6:15PM. Auranga. Masters, Seniors, Sophomores, Freshmen.

​- Trail Workout. Two Minute Hill Reps. Tuesday 5:55-7:00AM. Goodwood Heights. Seniors, Masters, Sophomores, Freshmen.

- Track Session. One Minute Reps. Thursday 6:00-7:30PM. Papakura. Seniors, Masters, Sophomores, Freshmen, Niños, Bambini, Pēpi.

- Your Local Run. Friday 7:10-8:15AM. Pukekohe. Seniors, Masters, Sophomores, Freshmen.

- Saturday Session. Saturday 8:00-9:30AM. Papakura. Seniors, Masters, Sophomores, Freshmen, Niños, Bambini.

- Tarmac Run. Sunday 7:00AM. Waiata Shores. Seniors, Masters, Sophomores, Freshmen, Niños.
