Lauren is a member of the TTT Runners community with a pretty inspirational running story. Lauren’s running career started off the back of a personal development course where she was asked to envision something she would love to do but has always seen as out of reach. For Lauren this was a marathon, and she has recently achieved this goal of completing the Queenstown Marathon. As well as this Lauren is driven to be a healthy role model for her children, and this has clearly paid off with her daughter now attending the TTT Kids & Junior Training session as well.
Lauren believes the biggest gains in TTT come from accountability, consistently and motivation to do your very best. She loves the people and the social element, especially post long run coffee and chats. Lauren credits TTT with how well organised sessions are and the variety that is provided, how she gets a far more quality session coming along than she otherwise would have.
Lauren finally made a note of James Kuegler's poor selection of professional sports teams, and how considering his profession she would have expected him to come up with something a little better.
