Reasons to LOVE Cross Country
- The people are funny, quirky, weird and some of the best people you will ever meet.
- Cross Country is hardcore, we train in wind, rain and as much mud as we can find.
- You'll be exhausted from your run, and energised because of it. You'll sleep like a log.
- Be part of a team, but compete as an individual.
- Everyone can run cross country. You don't even need a pair of shoes.
- Everyone gets to play, there is no sitting on the sidelines.
- Events are chaotic with competitors and supporters running around in every which direction.
- Events are short and sharp. That means you are not waiting around for an entire day.
- Your results are your results. You'll get out of it what you put in. The events are not susceptible to referees or judges.
